About Carla E
Carla, native Texan, loves the western way of life, no matter where she hangs her hat in her travels. Her grandfather sparked her love for ranching and being horse back early on. She owned her first pony before the age of five, and soon after, fell in love with Roy Rogers, Dale Evans and Gabby Hayes on the silver screen.
Her college education has confirmed her love for learning; horsemanship, colt training, animal science, civil engineering, architecture and photography, and she loves painting in Watercolor and her life long passion of graphite drawings.
Carla's love for the western way of life, is preserved in her photography, artwork and writings.
She has published 3 books;

For years she kept these passions alive traveling pulling a 5th wheel, with Rider her exuberantly happy Australian Cattle Dog. She and Rider now have a new family member, a rescued Cattle Dog pup named Cowboy. They reside in Central Texas.
